Very good tips! I find that avoiding distractions is the hardest for me, but writing them down helps.

Thank you for these tips, Deborah. I especially like the one on distractions, bringing them to Father for prayer. I normally write them down so I can deal with them later but had not thought to pray and offer thanksgiving for them. Thanks for that tip!
